The property was a secluded vegan oasis in the craziness of Myknos. If you do not have a car, you can expect to spend most of your time on the resort, other areas of Mykonos are not that accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Sensational, a must visit!

The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. The very friendly team gave a wonderful welcome upon arrival, the room we stayed in was extremely comfortable and the restaurant was sensational. This hotel is total paradise, and a must if visiting Mykonos.

We spent a fantastic two weeks at Koukoumi. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, whilst the food and drinks were excellent. They have a nice and refreshing pool, and the spa and gym are both great. We would recommend trying the cooking class to learn something truly unique and finally to get the full experience try the tasting menu, it is delicious!

5-star prices but not a 5-star hotel.

It is located right by a very busy road with heavy traffic, even in the middle of the night. There is a nice fitness center, but it does not have a treadmill. When someone books a private session, the gym becomes off-limits to everyone else. The hotel has a spa and sauna, but access costs extra. Most 5-star hotels on Mykonos have vegan options on their menus, so you won’t miss out by booking a real 5-star hotel or resort with better views, a more secluded and quiet location, and free access to all amenities.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Koukoumi Hotel in Mykonos. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the warmth and kindness of the entire team, and it truly became the slice of peace we so desperately needed. A special mention has to go to our friend, Alex, the exceptional yoga instructor. His generosity with his time, wisdom, and warmth was beyond anything we could have hoped for. As I recover from chronic illness, he carefully guided me, ensuring I could support my body in a way that felt gentle and healing. Morning yoga with Alex quickly became the highlight of my day – his presence was a true gift, and I already miss those peaceful sessions in the yoga studio. The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond, ensuring my dietary needs were met with care and precision. Their attention made us feel welcome and cared for. The chefs – wow! The food was artfully presented and absolutely delicious – I’ve never tasted anything like it. A huge thank you to the massage therapist, whose healing hands and wise words gave me so much to reflect on. She encouraged me to seek joy and release stress, which resonated deeply. The reception staff made sure we had everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. A final shoutout to Mike, who led an amazing sound healing session before we left. It was a journey of sound, scents, and emotions—an unforgettable experience. Koukoumi is a haven, and every moment was pure bliss. We left tearful and extremely grateful.

The place is immaculate and stylish - with a great bed. The vegan menu is diverse, beautifully presented and delicious - with the best sushi. Above all, the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved every second of staying at Koukoumi. Knowing that everything was vegan, made the whole experience worry free. The hotel aesthetics were beautiful and the facilities and rooms were kept immaculate throughout the day! The staff were lovely and very helpful. Dining here was just another experience in itself.. just WOW! Hats off to the chef, as every dish was incredible.

Das gesamte Personal und die Rezeption ist top und mega freundlich. Das vegane Frühstück ist sehr gut und liebevoll zubereitet, der Cafe ausgezeichnet, wenn auch das Frühstück mit doch wenig Abwechslung bei mehr als ein paar Tagen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist schön. Der Fitnessraum sehr gut. Das ruhige Hotel ist ein wenig abgelegen, mit Auto oder dem nahen Bus ist das aber ok und das weiss man vorher. Minus sind die an sich grossen, spartanisch eingerichteten, aber eben nicht einwandfreien Zimmer, das sollte dem Management schon auffallen, defektes Fliegennetz oder Flecken in der Dusche gehören auch in der Saison repariert. Auch sind die Liegen bzw viel zu viele Stühle (warum gerade diese Auswahl?) am Pool wenig einladend für ein Tag am Pool. Fazit: 5 Sterne werden für uns im Vergleich mit Top-Hotels dadurch leider nicht erreicht, das gute vegane Konzept des Hotels könnte optimiert werden.

We loved everything about our stay. It was incredibly relaxing and we could be comfortable knowing the kitchen is fully vegan. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms well equipped. Staff are absolutely lovely! Particular shout out to the surprise of having our own hot tub!

Fabulous experience

This hotel was AMAZING. The food was delicious and the staff were so hospitable... several employees remembered several details about our lives and one even offered to come in at 6am on a Sunday -- well before her shift -- to see us off. The hotel manager told us that they interviewed over 100 candidates for these positions, and their selectivity shows. They felt like the kind of people who we would have wanted to share drinks with and get to know better. I hope one day they start a franchise!
