When i checked in there was no one onsite. The cab driver had to call the number on the door of the reception and they told the driver where the key was for me to access my room. There was no iron or iron board in the room. I dont know if there is no one in the reception how you would access the iron because someone is not always there. I was handed a iron to use. i received a helpful text the day after i checked in that i questioned why i did not receive the day i checked in. I only stayed one night at the hotel and it was pleasant. When i returned to the hotel 4 days later the taxi driver dropped me at my door and we had a quick conversation and then was rudely interrupted by the reception as to why the car was sittin. Even the cab driver mentioned that the reception person was rude, so i knew it was not just me. Outside of the place being desserted my stay was fine, i only saw one person, i had the pool to myself. The beach down the hill is within walking distance and the restaurant offers a 10% discount for staying at the Residence due to not having a restaurant onsite. My beverage and meal was amazing. There is transporation to drop you back up the hill if you desire not to walk. Overall i would not stay there again.

We had an amazing stay here over the last few days. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is very close to super paradise beach and the views were AMAZING! John helped us book a rental car that got delivered and picked up at the hotel itself which was very convenient. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again!!

I had a very bad experience in my stay as my room key stopped working one night at 1am and the next day during the day. Both times I had to stay out and wait for 2 hours to get back in. This was very inconvenient for my stay and did not make it enjoyable. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean with good views.

The Atlantis Beach Residence was an absolutely stunning property! We stayed in room 19, with an unbelievable view from both the cliffside patio and the large window in the suite. The private hot tub was also a great touch! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will assist you with ordering food from the two nearby restaurants or any transportation you need. There is no minimum spend or delivery charge, so you can literally just order a coffee if you’d like. The pool area is great if you want to lounge around the property, while the hotel is a 2 minute walk to super paradise beach. Highly highly recommend this property and we would absolutely go back!

Beautiful, peaceful & accommodating!

My sister and i had the most beautiful, serene and accommodating stay at Atlantis Beach Residence. Joanna and the rest of the concierge team were so pleasant and helpful. The residence is very beautiful and luxurious, the rooms were really big and comfortable. The views of Mykonos were incredible and we really enjoyed that it wasnt overcrowded with tourists so we were able to enjoy the pool area almost as if it were a private villa.
