I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was amazing - also very busy! But could always find a table and the lovely staff kept replenishing the food. We also loved the swimming pool area. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar man even lent us cash when we didn't have enough to pay for a taxi. The room was great for us (a family of 4) - spacious and well equipped. You can request extra cleaning and we did which was very helpful.
