"Great stay overall. The location is very central, though Gravenhurst isn’t big, this hotel is in a convenient spot with plenty of quick dining options nearby like A&W, Subway, Domino’s Pizza and Popeyes. There’s also a Sobeys and Dollarama right next door, very convenient indeed. Parking is free, plenty of spots and is shared with the shopping plaza around. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly, check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom was clean as well; water pressure in the shower could be better, but it still got the job done. There’s a small gym and pool on the ground floor (didn’t get a chance to use them). The complimentary continental breakfast covers all the basics like waffles, cereal, coffee, breads, pastries, eggs and bacon. Nothing extraordinary, but decent. A special shoutout to Michelle, the breakfast room attendant, she was fantastic. Very friendly, attentive and really made the overall experience great. I highly recommend this location."

"Great hotel, very clean and spacious hotel. Lindsay at the front desk was great with us for check-in, and helped me sign up to be a Marriott member. Pool was quiet and nice, breakfast was good for variety of options. The room was so spacious and comfortable, will be coming back again !"

"Always a fun stay at this property in Gravenhurst- this was our 3rd year celebrating Christmas with the fam.. we didnt venture too far as was snow and freezing rain. tons of room, v clean, great space. "

"Leading up to our stay, we were told the place would be ready by 3 pm for us to arrive. At 3 pm, I get there, and the place is a mess with laundry all over the floor, beds stripped, and garbage at the door. Clearly, they did not clean the place since the last visitors. I called Jay multiple times with no response. Then, an hour later, cleaners arrive, as they were just told the place needed to be cleaned. After 3 hours, we were finally able to access the property, and Jay said he would give us a partial credit on our stay for the frustrating start to our visit. It has been over 2 weeks since we were there, and I have not received any form of refund or response from Jay. Beyond the frustrating first night, the place was a good location and reasonable amenities. Missing some kitchen items, like dishwasher detergent. Overall place was ok, but not happy with the customer service. "
