This beautiful Lake Michigan Beach home has 5400 Sq ft and is directly on Lake Michigan. Enjoy the sprawling 2 acre property that has an estate like setting. The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 car oversized garage, large gourmet kitchen with Viking 6 burner stove, large kitchen island, new granite countertops, central air, pool table, heated in ground pool with lounge chairs, brand new hot tub, large oversize deck with two patio sets, fire pit, gas grill, and screened in gazebo overlooking Lake Michigan. From the moment you walk into the front door of the grand foyer with 20 ft ceilings, this spacious home has a large living room, dining room with larger table with plenty of seating, plus additional seats at the kitchen island, large rec room with pool table and flat screen smart tv, and wet bar area with foosball table, large master suite with king bed, a second suite with queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen, the fourth bedroom is charming and has a set of twin beds, the fifth bedroom has two queens, and a large flat screen smart tv, and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed. The oversized laundry room has new washer and dryer, plenty of counter space and an extra freezer. The pool is large and has a shallow end and deep end with plenty of lounge chairs, and there is a brand new hot tub. Wonderful Place to Stay!!

This house had enough room for all 13 of us to live comfortably! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and large kitchen the most. Hope to come back during the summer to take advantage of the big swimming pool and beach!

Meeting location

We hosted a business owners meeting, and used the house to accommodate guest and facilitate our meetings. The house worked out great. Plenty of space for guest to spread out and have some privacy. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. Would highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Lake House!

Beautiful spacious house that more than adequately accommodated our large family of 19 to come together for an amazing weekend! We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the hot tub! There were great hiking trails nearby and the beautiful views of Lake Michigan from this home were spectacular! We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Home!

Our family of eleven adults stayed at this home and enjoyed every minute! We had six clean, comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful brand new large kitchen, heated pool and hot tub, fire pit and large yard to relax in. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as expected, and better! We would all highly recommend this home!

Fall family getaway

Beautiful property located right on Lake Michigan. Lots of space for a large family gathering. Fully stocked kitchen for those of us that actually love to cook (even on vacation😊) The home is located in a quaint neighborhood and is close to many amenities. We had a wonderful time with our family!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

In addition to the many wonderful amenities already listed for this property, I would add hot water is immediate and abundant. As a hotel executive, I rarely stay at VRBO properties, however, this family vacation bringing members from NYC, Salt Lake City, and Columbus required a special place to accommodate us. Being from Michigan, I knew about the breathtaking views and beaches. This home provided much more.

Michigan vacation

We were there for 1 week, and could not have had a better home to stay in. There were 17 family members, ages 10 months to 92 years and the home was extremely comfortable for everyone. With 9 kids along, we could easily stay at the home with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, bonfire pit and the beauty of Lake Michigan! Chris was very responsive to emails and answered extra questions that I had before and after booking. We are already talking about another vacation there!

Great Family Getaway!

The house was in a great location, clean and well maintained. Plenty of refrigerators, utensils and appliances including 2 sets of washer/driers. The new ice maker was especially appreciated! The property was amazing! We enjoyed the views of the Lake, the heated (large) pool, the hot tub and the fire circle. Many attractions within 30-45 minutes with a Walmart "almost" around the corner. Chris and Family were gracious and generous hosts with their wealth of information and welcoming process. Perfect for a mixed age family group of 14.

Beautiful location with tons of room!

Our group of 20 friends had a wonderful time enjoying bonfires and sunsets, shopping in Grand Haven and Muskegon, and laughing into the early morning hours. The layout and room sizes made it so we could all easily gather together, yet there were quiet places when others needed a moment to themselves. I didn't count the beds carefully, so I did not realize there were only beds for 18 instead of 20. However, the rooms are spacious and we easily set up a few blow-up mattresses. We were blessed with great weather. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Million Dollar View & More

This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. The house is very clean, spacious, stocked - with beautiful updates and classic lake decor. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. The view is beautiful - from the house and lakefront. We loved the pool table, hot tub, and sitting in the gazebo at the lake. Location is close to restaurants and stores, and a short walk to Dune Harbor Park (pretty hike around two lakes, one goes out to Lake Mich). Only downside for our spring break stay was being unable to access/walk the beach from the house stairs, due to high waters.

Time with family

My parents don't like to travel - so for their 50th wedding anniversary, my sister and I gave them a family sleep-over at this home (just a few minutes from their house). There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The views of Lake Michigan are great. The home itself had plenty to do - a pool table (which was used a ton) and lots of TV's throughout the home. There is even a room with 4 queen beds that all of our kids used - and they loved it. The property owners were very accommodating and communicated well. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, lots of house rules

We had a lovely stay. This home is very clean, comfortable and the location and home is beautiful. However, close to check in, we received a lengthy message from the host with several rules such as no cooking with cumin or curry, no moving beds around, no food or beverages in any bedrooms, etc. We found this rather restrictive when staying with our families and several small children. We also like to cook with cumin for tacos. Oh, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. So you can imagine you run through that quickly with a large family trip. I don’t think you should have to buy toilet paper when you visit a home for 3 nights. Otherwise, the home really is lovely and gorgeous views of sunset and water.

Amazing home for family Christmas

The property was beautiful and was the perfect home for our family Christmas of 17 people. The home has everything you need for a stay. The common areas were large and open so it was great to be able to interact with each other but also had enough separate space for everyone to get away and be by themselves if we wanted. The kitchen is large and very well-appointed and has every appliance you would need to cook large meals. We were lucky that the weather during our stay was nice enough that we were able to use the hot tub walk the property out to the dune bluff and take the steps down to Lake Michigan. The location is perfect and very close to shopping and restaurants yet the house itself is in a nice area surrounded by trees to help you feel more private. The host was great to work with and answered any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were very easy and simple. We are planning to come back to the house again next year!

We had a wonderful stay, for a family and friend weekend getaway. We had a bit of a glitch with accessing the property as it wasn’t detailed in the message but once we called the host they explained how to get in. We had a great time otherwise and enjoyed the area around the property as well! Beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. Very cute coffee shop up the road called hodge podge bakehouse. Would recommend.

Our family reunion was awesome! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for all the different families. Loved the gourmet kitchen, built in ice machine and double stacked laundry machines. The yard was big enough for corn hole tournaments and other games. The kids loved the beach and splashing in the pool. Grocery stores are close by for those last minute essentials. Thanks for a wonderful week.
