"I misunderstood the property description. That was made clear when I checked in. I had reserved a new "tiny house" that included a bed, a couch, an ottoman, and a small wardrobe cabinet. HVAC was included, but not plumbing. You share a bathhouse. There were no shelves or furniture on which to set anything other than the windowsill. It was one step above camping. The location was wonderful. I had a view of the Great Sand Dunes, deer walking through, and hummingbirds flitting about. I was hoping for dark sky, but I forgot about the full moon rising. Oops. Breakfast was grab and go. Nearest place to sit was a picnic table across the parking lot. The Tiny House was brand new and a closer bath house is under construction. Overall, it was an interesting experience."

"We had the best time !! Everything about the cabin was beautiful and perfect !! Please check it out if you want a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beautiful mountains and make lots of memories with your loved ones. Our Host is such a pleasure and she takes care of you. So you have no worries and will always be there for you. The cabin is well stocked so all you need is your personal belongings and a few clothes . ( there is plenty of coffee and cookies ) and that’s definitely worth it all !!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely be back !! Looking forward to another amazing visit."

"My husband and I stopped here for two nights had a great time. Went and visited The Sand dunes. super cute home, our dogs were welcomed. Host was very accommodating, and Home was fully stocked with anything we could need."

"Absolutely beautiful place with stunning views. The sunset view from the balcony is one of the best I've ever seen. Very clean with a happy and comforting vibe. Ypu can play pool with a view of the mountains too which was amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend"

"We really loved our stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable inside and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. My parents are elderly and they enjoyed the comfortable beds. The house is surrounded by nature and wilderness."

"This is an amazing cabin. It is very clean and well-maintained. The host is great and very easy to get in touch with. The creek beside the back porch is glorious. The cabin is very close to two trailheads if you’re a hiker. We have been to the Westcliffe area a dozen or so times over 15 years and this is one of the best rentals in the valley. 5 stars."
