"82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident."
