First of all, we reached early at 11am and expected only to leave our baggage but you tried to clean room us ths soonest and open room for us at noon, which is quite quite helpful for our next action for excursion. Furthermore, we felt huge "Helzlich Willkommen" at every moment during our stay.」
「We had a wonderful stay at the Arlen Lodge! My husband and I stayed in the Arlen Suite which was very roomy with a nice living room area. We loved the breakfast, steam/sauna, and afternoon tea. Annalisa the owner was also incredibly helpful and such a sweetheart. Can’t wait to go back! 」

「Everyone was very warm and friendly, and really helpful with suggestions for local hiking! The room was spacious, and very comfortable.
