"Great staff, very friendly and professional. Easy check-in. Clean room. Easy access from the highway. Parking is ample. Restaurants within walking distance, including 24 hours. But: there is a camera in the room on the thermostat, the internet requires you to provide personal information before you access it (both of which I imagine the property owner, or the thermostat and/or internet provider, sells to a data broker), and I do not like that there is only one entrance/exit, through the lobby. Also, there is no breakfast, which means I have to basically add $20 and a lot of inconvenience to my day every day. But I will stay here again, and I give high praise to the staff."

"15/10 experience, I've never had SUCH a smooth check-in/check-out process. All of our needs were met, quick response in the chat with the host, plenty of towels, and great amenities, patio, and kitchen area space! My boyfriend and I were there for my brother's wedding, & honestly, we found the space to be an artist's dream to stay in. Art everywhere! So sweet and colorful. It's the owner's remodeled basement, so the ceilings are a lil' low in places (PS. we're pretty tall people), BUT even then it was still so unbelievably charming for us! It felt like staying in a creative's hobbit house, which for nerds like us was an awesome experience. If I am ever back in Denver, I'll no doubt be staying here again! "

"I wish I could give zero stars. I am never one to write bad reviews but could not live with myself if anyone else were to have the same experience. My friends and I were appalled at the condition of this house! Mattress was absolutely grotesque, stained beyond belief! Stained rugs, broken furniture, towel racks falling off walls, and mold in the bathroom with a filthy bath mat were just some of the issues. We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights but left after one. We wish we would have been able to leave when we first opened the door! We spent roughly 3 hours of our precious vacation time trying to get our money refunded, unsuccessfully. We were fortunate enough to rent another property last minute but could not get out fast enough."
