Housekeeping never came in the 3 days. We asked for towels the last night at 9:30. They said they would bring them up and nobody ever brought us any. The rest of the property seemed ok. Would not stay there again"

"The staff was great, from desk personnel to cleaning staff. Wonderful people. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Slow speed, frequent disconnects, and stuttering performance made the visit frustrating. If you have any online meetings, video chats, movie watching on a pad or phone or laptop, gaming, etc --you are entirely out of luck. This is extremely unfortunate in 2026. I won't book this location again but that is not a reflection on the good people working there. "
