When we arrived, it took us almost one hour to check in. There were only 2 people working at the front desk.
My credit card was over charged for our rooms, the explanation was the house keeping department left a note saying that we checked out after 5pm which was not true, in fact we left by 9am and dropped off keys.
I Just felt the overall operations of the hotel was not so well.
The location of the hotel was perfect.

Hotel is good spot to stay in Vegas. However, the check in process needs help- stood in line for 1 hour to get checked in and the line remained long for everyone!
