"Nice room, good pool, great gym, fairly priced restaurant, no coffee in loby"

"The hotel failed to meet the services we paid for. We tried to rectify this situation with the staff, but they didn’t want to compromise so I’m leaving this rating. We stay for 3 nights and no room service or laundry was provided. After the first time we went to the desk and reported our room was not cleaned to include emptying trash and providing clean towels. The staff made excuses and struggled to find appropriate towels. The ones provided were more like “rags”. The small ones with a blue stripe down the middle. We also needed another pillow because the ones provided were like a thin throw pillow. 3 equaled 1 bed pillow. Then again the second day the exact same thing happened with our room, trash, and towels. When we asked for me we were told by the staff that they had no more!! What?? More excuses of why our room wasn’t attended to. Once we told the staff our towels are in a pile on the floor he hesitated and said “well I guess I’ll have to get something out of another room”. There are no clean towels because they don’t provide this service obviously and they are laying in all the rooms. Unacceptable!!!! We asked to be reimbursed for a 1 night stay not all 3 but they refused and again blamed everything on housekeeping. This place is a dump and don’t spend your hard earned money on a place that will not hold up their end. By the time we left we had 3 days worth of towels in the bathroom and overflowing trash onto the floor. Completely unacceptable!"

"The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. "

"Great location. Property was nice, had a couple of staff that was rude, but most was extremely helpful and nice. "

"I had to check out shortly after checking in. It smells and is dirty. I was given an occupied room then was given a dirty room. I couldn’t do it."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The halls smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking area, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom and fridge were in poor condition, and the breakfast was also disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests."

"The entire hotel smelled. One elevator was broken and the other was moving very slow and at one point didn't open on our floor after staying stopped for a couple minutes, it then went back to the fourth floor and that elevator ended up breaking. Only the stairs could be used. Breakfast is not good."
