"Hotel decor is unique and quirky. There is no elevator which was difficult for me. My room was small and the floor was slanted so my suitcase rolled and I had to put it on the bed to open it. The staff was very helpful. There were nice restaurants nearby."

"The property it self is an architectural gem,but has a profound plumbing issue. My shower backed up with sewage and the odors (gas smell) .."

"From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all. "
