"The stay at the hotel was comfortable and well organized from start to finish. From the moment of arrival, the front office team was professional, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Housekeeping standards were consistent, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. All essential in-room amenities were available and in good condition. Hotel services were reliable and well managed. Room service responded promptly, and the staff across all departments were cooperative, polite, and focused on guest satisfaction. Communication with the team was clear and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The quality of food and presentation met expectations and contributed positively to the overall experience. The hotel’s location is convenient and easy to access, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Common areas were clean and orderly, reflecting good operational management. #history Originally Beit El Kertlia, this historic home has so many grand rooms, ornate decor, beautiful courtyards, gardens and and my favorite part, the rooftop (you can see Ibn Tulum mosque from here). ⁣ ⁣ One of the many interesting features in this house, is an indoor well, it is in the first room you can enter to your right. They say if you stare closely down the well, you'll see the face of your lover staring back at you (sadly, I did not see anything!) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It's free to enter the mosque and 60 LE to enter the museum. If you have a camera there's an additional 50 LE ticket.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
