「We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were so welcoming and helped us with recommendations and restaurant bookings. Breakfast and dinner options were tasty with a breathtaking view on the terrace. We’d definitely come back. 」
「We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. About 25-minute walk to the Bellagio town. There was car parking included in a nearby carpark. A tasty breakfast was included (however, note that breakfast was only from 8am so if you are an early riser you may have to miss this).
There was no iron or kitchen facilities in the room, but a kettle and bar fridge were available.
There were not many restaurants nearby open after 7-8pm...
「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries.
We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」

「The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. 「Et helt fantastisk hotell med mye historie og sjel. Kun 6 rom, alle store og romslige. Vi hadde et rom /leilighet med utsikt til Comosjøen. Utrolig god service gjennom hele oppholdet. Veldig god frokost. Hotellet har tilgang til privat strand. Husk badesko! Hotellet ligger i et rolig område med noen få restauranter. Etter tre dager hadde vi ikke lyst til å dra fra dette fantastiske hotellet. 」

「We went for three nights for my niece’s wedding. We were treated by Richard who gave us the history on the property while we checked in. The property is beautiful with amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed dinner there the first night and it was spectacular. Breakfast each morning was equally delicious. You feel like you are at a bed and but with so much more. We look forward to returning and enjoying the property again.」

Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. 」
