"View is unreal, probably the nicest one on the lake. Very quiet and private location. Staff 10/10. Rooms are great with insane view. 2 miles away from downtown but there are easy access buses and if needed taxi that the staff can schedule for you. Definitely recommend and price is unmatched."

"The accommodation is wonderful plenty of room for 4 adults or 4 adults plus three children. Lovely view with no road between this property and the water, only another property below that is a private villa and beautiful to look down on. The appliances are quirky compared to what I’m used to but google search cleared up any questions. There is plenty of kitchen stuff, dishes, glasses, flatware and pans. The driveway is a bit steep and a sharp turn to the assigned parking space. The host, Carla, is awesome, and very responsive. Trust her directions as GPS is not quite right. As stated there are a lot of stairs up to the unit and the spiral stairs inside the unit. Carrying suitcases up is a bit of a challenge so if you’re not in good shape maybe this isn’t the place for you. If you are fit then this is a great choice. We loved the location in Limonta and how close it is to Bellagio. Giving us a quiet haven after exploring the busier villages. Nearby beach and boat rental. The closest ferry near the property doesn’t have as frequent a stop as the three main ferry stops, Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio so we used the ferry out of Bellagio. Having a car is necessary for staying at this location so that you can get to the store and drive to Bellagio. Parking in Bellagio is free or low cost depending where you park. However there are “no drive zones” so you can’t drive to the center or to the ferry. You will likely walk 15-20 minutes from where you park in Bellagio to the center."

"We had a wonderful, perfectly amazing week at the vila in Barni. The house is fantastic for a big number of people. We were 5 Families. 10 adults and 8 Children and had enough bedrooms enough space to feel free and comfortsable. The vila has so much details, so much flair that make it especially for families with children (any age) to a perfect location. Elisabetta chose the right toys to leave them at the house and play room. The trampolin, the pool, the garden everything was so safe and comfortabl. The afult loved the table tennis and the roof top terass to relax. Elisabetta was so helpful and provided so much information and helped with placing reservations at restaurants and delivery service, she was always available. It was one of our best holidays with the perfect combination of relaxing at the house and exploring the area around lake como.Thank you so much we will come back!"

We had a perfect stay at this Place, the localisation Is Easy and close to everything ( Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio), the owner was so helpful and kind they make the stay more good and they give us good recommendations. We also had a small problem with our car and they help us. I recommend you this place without hesitation. Everything was perfect."

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maria. The apartment was lovely, clean and fully equipped - including fresh milk, water, coffee pods, tea bags there for us to use which was much appreciated on first arrival! The outside space was great with a fantastic view and lovely pool, comfortable loungers around the pool area, as well as great al-fresco dining areas. The Onno area was a lovely place to stay while visiting Lake Como, more quiet than the bigger towns, but located close enough to the main towns/tourist hot spots for easy access via car, or even boat. While we didn't meet the owner, Serena, in person, we could easily contact her via phone/WhatsApp and always received swift responses to whatever we asked - info about the property, recommendations for local facilities/places to visit etc. It was also useful to have her father living on site in a separate upstairs area as, while he kept out of the way, he was also happy to answer any questions we had. So overall a great place to stay and highly recommended."

"Rien a dire sur l'appartement fidèle à la description, propre et fonctionnel dans un très beau cadre et une très belle vue sur les montagnes du lac de Côme.La communication avec l'entreprise qui gère l'appartement n'est pas toujours simple elle se fait essentiellement sur whats app, plusieurs interlocuteurs et soit par message soit par appel, j'ai moins aimé, mais tout s'est bien passé.Je recommande ce logement pour sa situation et le confort, le cadre."

"absolutely amazing stay!! me & my partner stayed here for two nights after being in very tourist heavy places — it was the best decision! very close to the train, lake, and ferry stop. the breakfast was AMAZING, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is a must-try. would definitely come here again"
