"A wonderful 7 nights spent in a beautiful Italian palace turned into a fabulous hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and devoid of nice restaurants but the Palazzo’ restaurant was wonderful. The staff were brilliant and friendly and helpful and we will definitely return"

They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com! The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything...

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location. This is more like a b&b than a hotel, and Fortuna was friendly, helpful and great to do deal with. Location is good; about a 15 minute walk to Napoli centrale train station, close to via tribunales, and lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being on a main Street, the shutters were very effective at blocking out street noise. "
