Great House in the heart of the vineyard

Gite Syrah is located in the heart of Domaine Saint Martin des Champs. Equipped with all modern comforts (reversible air conditioning, terrace, wifi, swimming pool, disabled access ....) it can accommodate up to 14 people. Very spacious (260 m2) this cottage is intended to receive groups of friends or large family. It has 6 spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two large living rooms with tv. Parking for vehicles is nearby and unlimited in number of cars. For stays longer than one week bed sheets are provided free of charge. You can fully enjoy the surrounding nature, visit the cellars of the estate and taste the wines produced there. You can enjoy the private area with swimming pool, sunbathing, shower.

Comment ne pas féliciter Pierre de son accueil , de l’endroit fantastique au milieu des vignes . Le gîte est impeccable et nous a permis de passer un séjour merveilleux en famille de 12 personnes . Nous avons été accueillis en plus avec un carton de six bouteilles de vin de la propriété offert gracieusement…délicieux Alors mille merci encore .

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin: bon accueil et emplacement idéal pour des vacances conviviales en famille ou entre amis ! On a apprécié également la visite de la cave appartenant au domaine (mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du guide et sa générosité pour la bouteille de rosé offerte!)

Endroit spacieux et lumineux. Propriétaire très sympa. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. La piscine à l’écart permet d’en profiter même la nuit sans déranger les autres. Et le paysage et le calme qui y règne sont dépaysants et reposant

La villa très spacieuse, et très belle,dommage que la terrasse est trop petite pour un groupe de 12, et que la piscine est assez éloignée de la maison. La région est très belle,des gens très accueillants mais le véhicule est indispensable pour visiter. Grand merci à Francus pour son chaleureux accueil,il met tout en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable Un petit bémol, la propreté et de la propriété et de la piscine à notre arrivée, le nettoyage devrait être réalisé par le propriétaire(technicien de surface)et non par les vacanciers ,qui pour rendre la maison très propre comme nous l'avons laissée perdent un jour de vacances. Dans l'ensemble très bonnes vacances on pourrait y revenir

Nous venions pour travailler sur Béziers avec une equipe de 10 personnes. Nous avons pu recuperer en toute tranquilité chaque jour, grace au calme de ce merveilleux lieu. La communication avec les propriétaires s'est très bien passée, reactif et présent si besoin. Et le vin du chateau est excellent ce qui ne gache rien!! je recommande les yeux fermés.

Super séjour dans les gîtes du Chateau Saint Martin! le gite est conforme au descriptif, absolument rien de négatif; il est bien situé pour faire plein d'excursions en Herault et même aller passer des journées à la mer (Valras à 35 mns). On reviendra surement Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Super vacance dans un très beau gîte avec un propriétaire a l'écoute de ses locataires, super sympa et très accueillant, de très bon conseil pour les visites, resto, etc et un grand merci au caviste pour la visite et sa gentillesse,et à tous le reste du personnel pour l'entretien de la piscine et tous le reste.

Belle propriété spacieuse mais terrasse petite avec voisin de chaque côté, piscine éloignée de la maison très agréable avec vu sur étang et les vignes . Le propriétaire est très gentil ainsi que Francis qui nous a reçu a notre arrivée Seul gros bémol le manque de propreté de la maison la vaisselle ....

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'endroit est superbe, l'accueil très agréable, le gîte spacieux et confortable, avec chambre et commodités pour personne à mobilité reduite. A spécifier dans l'annonce la mitoyenneté avec deux autres logements (voisins sympathiques). Un jardin plus grand serait appréciable, mais la piscine privée rattrape largement ce petit bémol. Un petit aménagement (rampe, escalier) de celle-ci pour personne âgée serait un plus. Dans l'ensemble excellent séjour qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Très beau gîte, fonctionnel et spacieux situé au milieu des vignes entre montagne noire et méditerranée. Grande pièce à vivre au rez de chaussé avec cuisine ouverte et grande table familiale. Équipement très complet. Piscine privée non attenante (200m) mais très agréable et située dans un lieu très calme avec une belle vue. Propriétaire affable et disponible. A noter la possibilité de commander du vin directement au domaine avec une petite remise. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Agréable séjour , bons contacts avec le propriétaire et le gérant , voiture nécessaire pour visiter les beaux coins et activités intéressantes . Nous recommandons cette propriété et reviendrons avec plaisir Merci Françis pour tous les services et la visite très intéressante des caves à vins Ne pas oublier de déguster les vins de la propriété SAINT MARTIN DES CHAMPS , excellents et il y en a pour tous les goûts
