Mas provencal, a lot of character, in the heart of the Luberon, 5 min from Gordes, near Avignon, peaceful area, private swimming pool heated from May to the end of September (10 by 5.5 m, secure cover), large wooded grounds (5600 m2), petanque court, volleyball net, badminton, covered terrace, very sunny ground with shady areas, grocery store nearby, large surfaces 15 min away. In the region: tennis, horse riding, canoeing, accro branches, walks and many sites to visit nearby (Roussillon, Avignon, Senanque Abbey...).

You will find on the spot in a logbook a certain amount of information about the house (instructions for use), visits, walks in the region, restaurant and all useful addresses (doctors, etc.).

Please note that sheets are extra outside July and August (15 Euros per person) as well as bath towels (5 Euros per person) these amounts cover the cleaning costs.

A deposit of 700 euros will be given directly to the owner or his representative for the handing over of the keys.

Good stay in excellent environment. Nice walks for people and dogs in immediate neighborhood.Property not completely fenced in yet ( work in progress) so supervise your animalsUnfortunately the weather was somewhat chilly so water in swimming pool stayed too cold for jumping in.

We ontzettend genoten van dit huis en de plek in de omgeving. Het dorpje Murs is prachtig en alle mooie plekken liggen op korte afstand rijden. De enige aanmerkingen die we hebben is dat de badkamers en de bedden wel een upgrade mogen gebruiken. Deze zijn wat verouderd en de bedden zijn erg hard en niet zo praktisch. De lengte is te kort en in de kamers waar twee eenpersoonsbedden tegen elkaar staan heb je gewoon liever normale twee persoonsbedden van 160cm bij 200cm. Verder is het een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek waar we graag snel terugkomen! Zeker als deze aanpassingen doorgevoerd worden.

The perfect Provence Gite

We had an idyllic week in early June as a family of 7 adults, so were able to make the most of the lovely pool and BBQ area. The property is beautiful and well equipped and the setting in Murs simply could not be better - a beautiful but off the beaten track village with some great walking on the doorstep, a fantastic restaurant in the village and an excellent boulangerie within a few minutes walk of the house. And really accessible for many of the other things to see in the Luberon and beyond, as well as other fantastic restaurants. It is a real find!

Très bon séjour cependant.... pas de cheminée en fonctionnement et c est bien dommage car ce critère était pour nous important en hivers. Il faut je pense le dire dans l annonce. La plaque électrique a son âge et mériterait d être changée . A part cela maison agréable et confortable.

Séjour très agréable dans le luberon

Nôus avons avons bien apprécié cette propriété pleine de charme avec son grand terrain ombragé, sa grande piscine, sa terrasse couverte très agréable pour tous les repas et l'intérieur fonctionnel et bien décoré. Petit bémol pour la petitesse des sanitaires et cabines de douche. On aurait apprécié aussi un robot pour nettoyer le fond de la piscine après les orages et les jours de mistral (les aiguilles de pins et autres objets volants s'accumulent vite au fond !). Une location que l'on recommande.

Wunderschön

Haus und Grundstück sind super, die umgebende Landschaft ist wunderschön. Das Dorf Murs ist eine Perle mit einer romanischen Kirche und dem Geburtshaus von Balbe de Crillon aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Interessante Orte wie Avignon oder Orange sind in max. einer Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar. Ganz nah sind z. B. die Höhlen von Berigoule, das alte Venaque oder Apt mit dem Markt. Der nahe Lebensmittelhändler hat alles was man tagsüber braucht, z. B. morgens Croissants, frisches Obst, Wein, Käse. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (z. B. die Küche). Der Pool (mit Salzwasser statt mit Chlor) ist groß und,sauber, ein Vergnügen für die ganze Familie (wir waren 7 Personen zwischen 5 und 82 Jahren aus Canada und Deutschland). Wir hatten herrliche Ferien dort und haben nichts vermisst. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. .

Très agréable séjour dans un très beau mas . Des améliorations à apporter à l d’entretien ( porte de salle de bain du haut, équipement des salles de bain et frigo dans congelo) et autres petits détails qui font « un plus ». Mais ce n est pas pénalisant pour l impression générale qui est satisfaisante

Sometimes you get really lucky when you reserve sight unseen. This property was wonderful. A short walk to the village and good restaurant/ and friendly small epicerie. Great pool once the sun got going and it warmed up. Close to Gordes! Kitchen was good. So much fun.

Maison très agréable !

Très bien située pour découvrir le Lubéron, très belle vue, piscine très bien exposée. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Point d’amelioration : les oreillers plats comme des galettes, les housses de couettes (toutes pour lit simple) et les tables et chaises de jardin, parasols et tranzats piscine pas à la hauteur du cadre car en mauvais état. Ce séjour nous a donné envie de revenir dans le Lubéron merci !

Eine wunderbare Woche im Luberon

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Anwesen inmitten eines Pinienwaldes. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Toller großer Pool. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings für die einfachen Betten und für die renovierungsbedürftige Poolumrandung. Auch ein Gas-Grill wäre eine sinnvolle Anschaffung. Leider auch kein deutsches Fernsehen. Davon abgesehen hatten wir eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche.

Très beau mas provençal mais quelques détails à corriger

Extérieur agréable et bien entretenu, maison typique provençal jusqu'à la vaisselle. Passé l'émerveillement du site quelques détails nous ont gêné. Tout d'abord pas de micro ondes, étonnant de nos jours et pas pratique avec des enfants! (Il faut y remédier). Ensuite une liste de produits de base est signalée par le propriétaire comme présente sur place, malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas, autant ne rien indiquer ça permet de prévoir et de ne pas se retrouver le jour de l'arrivée à aller à l'épicerie de Murs pour payer le triple du prix (hypermarché à 25mn). Au niveau de la piscine, outre la sécurité pour les enfants un peu faible (alarme piscine dans une région ventée = inutile) alors qu il y aurait possibilité de fermer l'entrée, des tiges en fer pour fermer la bâche ressortent du sol et sont dangereuses pour les orteils, du Vieux bois pourri (bois et eau ?? Étrange comme combinaison) entoure la piscine et se détache, ou manque, les matelas de transat (visibles sur la photo) n'existent pas. Étant l'endroit stratégique du mas, et sûrement ce qui justifie le prix, il faut concentrer les travaux et améliorations à cet endroit pour que tout puisse être parfait.

Belle maison, accueil sympathique, soleil et chaleur

Magnifique résidence, conforme au descriptif, tout est fait pour passer une semaine en famille au calme dans une belle région - de plus avec un soleil toujours présent. Accueil sympathique de Monsieur Madeline. Cette maison est à recommander pour passer de bons moments en famille dans la piscine et auprès du barbecue, et aussi visiter les villages alentours plein de charme.
