Three TVs (55-inch TV with Roku in living room, 42-inch TVs in bedrooms, one with Roku) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch, and gas grill. Wachesaw Plantation amenities include the award-winning, Tom Fazio designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, pool complex, and Magnolia's Pool Bar. This property is a duplex. Only two parking spaces are allotted per cottage. Additional cars will be removed at the tenant’s expense. Trash pick-up at the cottage is every Thursday. Dog-friendly.
