“Blessed for Shore”. Come enjoy our Beautiful beach house just a short walk or golf cart ride (approx 5-6 blocks) to the beach, indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts. (2 blocks), outdoor pool with hot tub and kiddie pool with splash pad, (3-4 blocks) Multiple private lakes. 2 golf cars provided at no additional cost. Private beach parking lot, gated community with 24 hour security. House sleeps 15 comfortably. No need for air mattresses here. 7 Bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Extra large water heater. Huge showers, Luxury vinyl flooring, 3 living rooms, 8 wall mounted TV’s, granite countertops, refrigerator & microwave on each floor. Enjoy a cup of coffee every morning on the screened in porch with 2 skylights. Propane grill, Wi-Fi with cable, washer & dryer. Weekly rentals only during prime months rental is Sat-Sat. $450 cleaning fee includes linens supplied for duration of your stay. Renter is responsible for washing & drying sheets/towels as needed.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 13. We all had our own space to relax and plenty of room for the times we were together. We’ve been coming to Oceanside Village for 35 years and this house is one of our top three. Very clean inside and plenty of cooking supplies. Could possibly have more seating for dinner, another table or atleast some extra chairs would be great, since the house is supposed to accommodate 15. Also I feel the porch furniture and outside maintenance could have been better. The home owner was great to work with and always answered any request I had. One of the great things about this house is that the sheets and towels are provided. The beds are made when you arrive. We would totally stay at this house again and probably will in 2027 if it is available.

Great Property!

House was great for a group of 12. We had ages ranging from 2 to 53. The golf carts coming with the house was a real benefit. Loved the private beach and multiple pools.

Amazing family vacation

This was our second time staying in this community, but our first family vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. The house was everything and so much more. It was absolutely beautiful and was so spacious that we didnt feel on top of one another. Between the beach, pool, hot tub and splash pad, there was always something to do. Erick was an amazing host and was available the minute I called. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you Erick!!

Myrtle Golf Trip 2025

Stayed at this property for a week to have a friends golf tournament. House was great with plenty of room and a nice setup so we could all get our own rooms. Golf carts were very convenient to get to the pool/hot tub and the beach. Would highly recommend!!

Spacious comfortable and convenient

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. We have stayed in ocv many times but this was our first time staying at this property. Erick was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. it was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and park, which were conveniently located a street over. The kitchen was fully equipped for the nights we stayed in and cooked, there were extra blankets and pillows in every room and each floor had separate thermostats which was great for us. We didnt use the golf carts this time but in the summer its great that 2 are provided. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great Stay

Last minute booking for our family's Thanksgiving vacation. The host was very welcoming once we booked and communicated all need to know with me. The beach house was great; well stocked for a last minute booking; location perfect. BEDS & PILLOWS were COMFORTABLE. Slept good every night. Would highly recommend this home and community for families. The recreation center was a plus (slides, swings, basketball, pickleball, and more). Taking the golf carts to the beach was a treat fir the kids.

A very beautiful house. Lots of room. We were 13 and everyone had plenty of space. We all loved the golf carts. It was so easy to get to and from the beach.

Home away from Home

We had 5 families in one home, so having 4 bathrooms was wonderful. The two golf carts included were so helpful. The owner was so wonderful and readily available to answer any questions. We felt like we were centrally located to all the amenities. This has become one of our favorite places to stay.

Wonderful place for a big family

The property was very well maintained and clean. The host was very responsive to any questions. This home was perfect for a big family but the room with the bunk beds is a pass through to get to the other rooms downstairs so it offers no privacy for whoever has that room so we put some of the teenagers in there. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect Family House

This was such a fun rental. My brother, sister, and mom joined my son and me at the beach this year. It was perfect for multiple families wanting to stay together. Keyless entry was a lifesaver for us! The two golf carts and private beach access was a game changer as well! Everything was super easy and well managed. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend this place to families!

Graduation week

We booked Erick's house for my daughter's graduation from CCU! Erick was easy to work with and responded quickly especially when we had an issue with the front door keys. I would highly recommend Erick and his property. Wish I would have known about this property 5 years ago when my daughters started attending CCU! Quick 30-minute drive to campus and 20 min drive to the Boulevard.

Awesome place! Two super cool golf carts! Plenty of beach access! Plenty of good fishing!! Eric is awesome and was available anytime, everytime I needed him! Great people, great place, highly recommend! My whole family of 16 fit comfortably and had an absolute blast!

Amazing week at in Myrtle Beach.

I cannot speak highly enough about the home, the location and the owner. This was our group's 3rd year in Myrtle Beach for a golf vacation and our first year at this particular home. The house exceeded our expectations with what it offered the 8 of us. Bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas were perfect for us. Any communication with the owner was responded to quickly and I can say without that our entire group wants to make this our annual destination moving forward. I cannot recommend the home and the owner enough. Just a fantastic experience.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Perfect for a large or multi family getaway! Downstairs 4BR, 2 full baths, 2 seating areas, laundry, fridge & microwave. Upstairs 3 BR, 2 full baths , full kitchen , 2 seating areas and a huge screened porch with seating area. Large upstairs couch and tables allowed for gatherings. If you needed a break from the togetherness , you had a place to go for some quiet as well and didn’t even need to leave the house! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal! We had 3 vehicles that we split in the parking area and that allowed super easy access to both golf carts. (There was room for more vehicles) The heated indoor pool is literally right around the corner and the teens loved it. Very spacious and not crowded at all when we were here. Do you have a family mixed with introverts and extroverts? This is the house for you! Host communication was more excellent. They wanted us to enjoy our getaway just as much as we did! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
