Comfort, classic and convenient, that's the San Bel. Located just across the street from the ocean in Garden City Beach only a short walk to the pier, amusements, food and more! No frills, just fun to be had by all. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from the covered porch. Comfortably accommodating 14 in 5 bedrooms with 2 full and 1 half baths as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. Make priceless vacation memories with your family and friends at San Bel. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. This home is not dog friendly for 2026.

5 Bedrooms: 4 Up, 1 Down | 2.5 Baths: 1.5 Up, 1 Down | Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 1 Single, 1 Set of Bunks Up; 1 Queen Down (No Inside Stairway!)

No Dishwasher. Charcoal grill. Enclosed outdoor shower. Approximate square footage 1600. Washer/dryer in downstairs bonus room with 1 double bed. Please note, there is no inside stairway.

Nice place, great area

The place was nice. The area was really nice. My family really enjoyed it. The only issue is the cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived at 6pm when are original check in time was 4pm.

Dirty

This property was very dirty, mildew, dead bugs, if you wanted to use the dishes they had to be washed before you could even cook. Beds were not made, no towels in the bathrooms. One of the bed had mouse poop all over it, food in it and their were ants all over the entire house. This house has great potential location was perfect. Disappointed that Dunes never contacted me like they said they were going to, after making 2 trips to the office.

Great Location, but......

Great location but the property is very lacking. Most furnishing are very outdated or just plain junk. Outdoor amenities, tables, chairs, etc. were horrible.
