Beautifully appointed with nicely functional kitchen, ample counter space, spacious living room and oceanfront balcony great for relaxing with your favorite beverages morning and evening. Families book again and again to take in the beautiful direct ocean view or make the short stroll to the neighboring pier for some live entertainment. This popular condo reminds us of the way the beach used to be with its arcades and local businesses and is perfect for an enjoyable family vacation or a romantic getaway. This small condo was the perfect spot for our quick getaway to the Myrtle Beach area. It's a great oceanfront location near the Garden City pier with bars and restaurants nearby. The area has more of an old school beach vibe vs ths craziness of other areas and we will certainly return!

The condo was small but nice—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Very convenient to local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It was a pleasant surprise to find an arcade still around with vintage games—such a nostalgic touch!The beach was lovely and not too crowded during most of our stay, though it did get packed by Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat diminished by neighboring condo guests who chain-smoked and blasted music without any consideration for others. It’s disappointing when people come to enjoy the fresh ocean air, only to be surrounded by smoke and noise—especially with young children around. Overall good experience, great communication with owners, convenient access with no check-in

We enjoyed the amazing beach in Garden City! This unit has cute bunk beds and a nice kitchen. The unit is simple. We found the area a more upbeat and noisy area. It is great to have convenient services nearby.

Perfect spot!

We had such a lovely stay! The condo was very clean when we arrived and stocked with many amenities/essentials (salt, pepper, pots/pans, etc.) It is a relatively small space but there is ample open area looking on to the beach that you hardly notice. The location is very safe and conveniently located to many activities. There was only one instance where we had to park outside of the condo parking but there are many free parking areas in walking distance away! We will definitely be back.

Great little condo in a great location.

This was a great little oceanfront condo. Its on the corner so it made the view great. It was clean and looked like the pictures provided. We had no trouble with the check in or out process. However, parking for guest staying is very limited at the actual condo. So I suggest taking one vehicle if possible. Communication with the owner was great. Anytime I had a question they were quick in responding. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations.

Perfect condo for a weekend away! We were right on the water with immediate beach access. Amazing view from the back porch, especially if the sunrise. Right next to Garden City Pier, so lots of entertainment readily available. Only a 10 minute drive to Marshwalk. The condo very cute and well-kept. Jeff was such a gracious host. We accidentally left behind a sentimental item, and when I told him he immediately contacted the cleaning crew to secure it, and personally shipped it back to us the next morning. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for first adult getaway

This condo was exactly what we needed for our first adult vacation without kids in 10 years. Location being right beside the pier allowed for my husband to go fishing anytime and we enjoyed the nightly entertainment and drinks there as well. You can here it from the condo until they stop at 11 so if you're looking for quiet evening this may not be for you. The place was clean and just as described in the listing and the view is amazing! My husband ran into jeff at check in and he was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend for couples or small families as we do plan on returning with the kids.

Perfect location!

The condo is small but perfect for a family of four. The bed and couch may need an upgrade because they aren’t very comfortable. If you are planning on using the couch pull out I would advise only children using it unless you like bars in your back. Also the burners on the stove need changing as they aren’t level which made cooking hard. ALL THAT BEING SAID… the condo was clean and is in the perfect location. Short walk to beach, pier, and arcade won us over. Also the view is to die for. Perfect spot for a short getaway.

Great spot

This place is a great little stay! Second floor, corner unit, aka best view! We got to enjoy live music from the pier, and it’s an easy walk to all the Garden City pier activities. Easy beach access, passing by a good size pool. Some units are owned in this condominium, and they were all super friendly and welcoming.( Some of the units back up to the pool, and so if the neighbors are on their porches, then you almost have to interact. Ha!) Soo, overall, it was a great trip in a great little condo. :)
