Other premier features include a private movie theater with seven reclining chairs, speakers, and DVD player, wine cellar, inlet view study with fireplace, and pool table. Eleven TVs (one outdoors) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include five king (two first floor, three second floor), four queen (two ground level, two second floor), and four twin-sized beds (third floor), plus two twin-over-twin bunk beds (second floor). The ground level bedrooms are not accessible from indoors and includes mini-splits heating and cooling. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor kitchen with a beverage refrigerator and ice maker as well as a private swimming pool with kiddie area and pool furniture, hot tub, three covered porches, half-bath with shower (hot and cold water), private floating and floating docks, private boat ramp, basketball, and tennis court. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
