Views from the private balcony of Atalaya unit 404 almost make you believe you can simply reach out and touch the sand. The oceanfront balcony spans the width of the bedroom and living area with access from both rooms so you can wake to the sound of ocean waves. The private bathroom features a step-in tile shower big enough for two. The living room is bright and comfortably furnished so you can relax after a day of exploring. The large kitchen, with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is perfect for meals when you’re not savoring the local cuisine. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite sleeps 6; with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower combo. A washer and dryer are equipped in the unit and ready to refresh your beach towels for the next day in the sun.

Atalaya Towers is an oceanfront complex perfectly positioned in Garden City just a short walk in the warm sand to the Garden City Pier and the surrounding well known treasures that include the Pavilion Arcade, Painters Homemade Ice Cream, and the famous Sam’s Corner hot dogs! If Seafood is on your list, you’ll want to take the short drive to The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. For days you want to hang around the resort you will find many great amenities including a sparkling outdoor pool with large sundeck, an outside grilling area, and an indoor pool and hot tub should you encounter the need to be out of the weather. Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
