Atalaya Tower 1506 is a three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit condo at this oceanfront complex located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit features private oceanfront balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and living area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three flat screen TVs (cable, 50-inch Smart TV in living room, 42-inch flat screen in master), DVD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and three queen-sized beds. Amenities include an enclosed swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and elevators. Limit two parking passes per unit - one for on-site parking and one for the overflow parking lot. One car-sized trailer or gas powered golf cart is permitted if parked across the street from complex in the overflow parking lot and will be counted as one of the two parking passes. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
