砂漠の真っ只中にも関わらず、プライベートプールがあるなど、日常を忘れてリラックスすることができるラグジュアリーリゾートでした。ラクダのツアーが満員だったのですが、裏技的な感じ（いつもOKかはわかりません）で乗ることができたので満足です。 12月の夜と早朝は少し冷え込みます。ディナーの際は羽織るものを用意しておいた方が良いと思います。

自然とラグジュアリーを同時に味わえる宿

ドバイ自然保護区の中にあるためそこここにガゼルやアルマハがお散歩していて宿泊しながら自然を味わうことができます各部屋が独立したプールヴィラとなっておりプライバシーが保たれていますレストランのクオリティは砂漠の中とは思えないほどに高く大満足でした１日に2個のアクティビティを無料で楽しむことができキャメルライドをしながら夕陽を楽しんだり、車に乗って自然保護区をドライブしながら動植物の生態を学んだり充実した時間をすごせましたまた、ぜひ再訪しようと思います

どうしても自然の中のホテルなので虫が多いのは仕方ないが、蟻がゾロゾロ部屋にいるのにはちょっと困った。カーテンがちょっと古い感じがします。

最高の砂漠のホテル

母と叔母と3人で泊まりました。とにかくホテルは快適、スタッフさんはフレンドリーで優しく、自然な気遣いも最高でした。空港からは1時間半近くかかりました。門をくぐってからが少し遠かったですが、ロケーションは最高なので文句なしです！ご飯も美味しく、アフタヌーンティーなどもしっかり用意されていて、何もしないのを心から楽しめる最高のホテルでした。アクティビティも二つ付いており、ラクダに揺られながら見た砂漠の夕日は最高でした！砂漠に行くならこのホテルはおすすめです！

初めてのドバイ、デザートステイもしたくてここにしました。スタッフは丁寧で完璧。お部屋も清潔感あり、ご飯も美味しかったです。１つ、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのと、半分しか水が出てこなかったので直しておいて欲しいです。あとは本当に素晴らしい。

別世界

何処までも続く砂漠をラクダに乗ってゆっくり進む景色は、別世界。プライベートプールの向こうには、果てしなく続く砂漠。なんて贅沢なことか。そこにガゼルが訪れる。夜は満点の星空と静寂。テントの部屋は、広々して、落ち着いた素敵な空間。鳥たちのさえずりで、朝、目を覚ます。日常の忙しさをすっかり忘れさせてくれる素敵なひと時を過ごせました。

2回目初回の感激はなかった

2回目の訪問です。行きにホテルの第1の門を過ぎた後、タクシーが砂漠の砂に埋まり、ホテルに電話して迎えに来てもらって牽引してもらいました。2つできるはずのアクティビティ。ラクダのアクティビティは、前回、サンセットに砂漠でシャンパンで乾杯が良かったので、申し込んだところ、なぜかそれより早い時間に呼ばれて、短い距離を乗っただけ。もう1つのアクティビティは、全て満員で、できませんでした。食事は美味しいし、砂漠でこのクオリティは変わらず凄いですが、ハエが多くて。

自然を満喫するホテル

ドバイの都会を離れ、ガゼルや、オリックスが歩き、日中は鳥、ミミズクがさえずる声がBGMになっており、日常を忘れさせてくれます。新婚旅行や、熟年夫婦で訪れるのがオススメですよ。自然豊かであるがゆえに、多少虫も飛んでいたため、絶対に虫など見たくないと言う方は気になるかもしれません。

7月に2泊しました。スタッフの対応やアクティビティ、料理など、期待以上の満足度でした。行かれる方は、最低2泊されることをお勧めします。高温のせいか、星空が見れなかったのは残念でした。

値段の高さに、最初は二の足を踏みましたが、宿泊してみて、大正解でした。毎日お部屋までガゼルが遊びに来てくれます。食事も最高においしいです。スタッフもとても親切＆穏やかで、最高の３日間でした。

そりゃぁもう、素晴らしいです

プライベートプール付のビラタイプの部屋は、本当に素敵です。ここでしか体験できない感じです。朝食と2つのアクティビティー付の夏季限定のプランでしたが、朝食はステーキも選べて超ヘビー、夜はアラカルトでレストランで食べることができるので、こちらのほうが断然良いと思いました。星空の下でのディナーは本当に最高でした。アクディビティで結構時間取られ、食事もゆったりなので、意外と部屋で過ごす時間がないです。

優雅な砂漠リゾート

8/11～、5泊しました。テラスのプライベートプール越しに見える砂漠、ひっきりなしに訪れる小鳥やガゼル、オリックスなど、非日常感満載です。レストランで頂くメニューもさすがの5つ星、どれを食べても美味しく満足出来ます！惜しむらくは、お腹いっぱいになりすぎて、三食食べられないこと…。もちろんそれなりのお値段ですが、三食付き、アクティビティ2つに参加出来ることを考えると割安なように思います。ドバイは食事もそこそこかかりますからね！ Csmel Trekは絶対に参加して下さいね。砂漠の姫気分を味わえます(笑)

本当にリフレッシュできるホテル

どの部屋もスイートということで、金額自体は絶対額でみると非常に高いのですが、実際には一日2つのアクティビティと3食付きで、アクティビティも食事もクオリティは総じて高いです。また部屋のアメニティもブルガリのもので統一され、コーヒーメーカーと豊富なコーヒーの種類、紅茶のTバッグで部屋でのステイも心から楽しめ、外の気温が低い時には部屋つきのプールは温水になり、何から何まで至れり尽くせりで非常に大満足でした。コストパフォーマンスは最高です。どうしても砂漠のオアシスの中にあるということで、動物のふん等もあってハエが多かったことだけが残念でしたが、それを引いてもあまりある良いホテルでした。

ドバイと言えば、海辺の5つ星リゾートやショッピングも良いけれど、こんな砂漠のホテルもお奨めです。食事は全て込み（一部飲み物別）、1泊につき２つのアクティビティーもついて、宿泊施設以外何も建物の見えない場所で過ごした滞在は、大変リラックスできました。滞在中は、2~3組に1人の現地スタッフ（英語）が付き、アクティビティーをフルサポート。合間を見てのタイムリーな室内清掃。料理もおいしく、スタッフのサービスもほど良い距離で心地良い。ガゼルやオリックス、ラクダも身近に見れます。 2泊

　砂漠の生き物と自然が好きならば大いに楽しめます。また、食事はおしゃれで手をかけたものばかりで、非常に満足です。　プライベートプールはことのほか気持ちのよいもので、そのわきには小鳥が訪れ、また野生なので用心深いですがガゼルとアラビアンオリックスがすぐそばまでやってきました。

Really good hotel, but minor things happened

The hotel room itself is really unique and private, and it had the most comfortable bed. You can see gazelles walking around. Also you can swim in your private pool while looking at the desert, while no one else can see you. However I did have some problems during my trip. I booked the tour for the afternoon, and then it started raining. I tried to call and confirm, at first no one picked up my phone at front desk, then they did pick up but never followed up again. After my tour time passed I called again and complained to the manager, who treated the issue seriously and followed up with me in the room. The manager also talked to me twice in the dining room with really nice attitude, and asked about if there is anything else he can do. I asked if I can have the brand of the mattress, and he asked the housekeeping manager to send me an email. I still have not received the email(I also sent a message from hotels.com and no reply) Another thing is be careful that the lunch is only included once per day, which I did not know, so I was charged the second time. Wish they would have told me before the second lunch. Overall I would recommend people to experience it at least once.

Great little get away from the craziness of Dubai

Great little get away from the craziness of Dubai city. Lovely large room and pool with plenty of wildlife to see from the comfort of your own pool. Good and service both excellent. We wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than a couple of nights.

Estadia perfeita

O hotel é lindo, cerca de 1 hora de carro de Dubai (fácil acesso por taxi). Atendimento impecável e comida excelente!! Muito acima da expectativa e tudo de primeira qualidade. O quarto é bem amplo e muito confortável, do quarto você está muito próximo aos animais (gazelas no geral, bem dóceis) e inclusive elas interagem bastante com os hóspedes (entram na varanda do quarto). Piscina do quarto aquecida e de ótimo tamanho. Meu único ponto é que tem bastante mosca na área externa do quarto então é bem desconfortável tomar sol ou fazer a refeição da varanda do quarto. Não sei se teria uma solução aqui (talvez um ventilador que espante um pouco as moscas) mas super recomendo o hotel.

Hervorragender Service in idyllischer Umgebung

Sowohl der Service als auch die Qualität des Essens waren hervorragend. Mit Kamelritten, Dünenfahrten, Bogenschiessen, Fauna- und Flora Wissensvermittlung und Erklärungen zur Falkenzucht haben wir sehr viel Spass mit der Familie gehabt und viel über die wunderbare Wüstenlandschaft gelernt - einfach Top, zudem sehr entspannend! Melhor estadia no deserto

Estadia incrível, hotel com atendimento impecável, comida deliciosa, quarto amplo, com decoração típica elegante, piscina particular e vista pro deserto. As atividades oferecidas pelo hotel são guiadas por pessoas experientes e atenciosas que proporcionam uma experiência inesquecível no deserto. O hotel é caro, mas considerando que as refeições e atividades estão incluídas e são todas de alto nível, o valor pago é recompensado. Destaque para o por do sol, dos mais bonitos que já vi.
