Summer Retreat Base

Silent and beautiful location on a very nice owner's property. With a car in 10 minutes at Can Picafort or Plaja Muro and along a shortcut to Inca where you can get on the M13 to Palma. Everything is exceptionally and outstanding being maintained.

Immer wieder schön!

Seit über 20 Jahren verbringen wir mit unseren inzwischen erwachsenen Kindern unseren Urlaub in dieser Finca. Es ist jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen. Der besondere Charme des Hauses und die vertraute Atmosphäre haben sich über all die Jahre kaum verändert – einzig die Hühner und Hähne fehlen heute.

super Ferienwohnung und Finca

Der Urlaub dort hat uns sehr gut gefallen - die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und groß. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, ebenso der Strand. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Pool und einen Tennis Platz - Schläger werden vom Vermieter kostenlos gestellt.

Wir waren schon zum dritten mal hier.Freundlicher, zurückhaltender Vermieter, der aber bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Minuspunkt. Leider in diesem Jahr wie überall auf der Insel (auch in Palma) viele Stechmücken.

Wir waren im März 10 Tage mit unseren Erwachsenen Töchtern da und haben eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Verwalter sehr hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal für die leckeren Orangen und Zitronen aus eurer Ernte! Besonders die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Felder und Tramuntana hat uns gefallen. Leider war es noch zu kalt, um den teaumhaften Pool zu nutzen.
