Great stay!

Great place! Comfortable and close to munising with a little hiking trail to a waterfall which was a great little surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Short getaway

Stayed for a couple of nights while checking out some sights at pictured rocks. Place is well kept and newer looking. It was nice to have our own separate mini house with all that we needed. Parking was a little small but it worked for us with just a car. Great experience.

A great cottage/condo to have a great time in Munising - close to town, comfortable, access to trails... you need to drive in to town but it is very close.

Ice Fishing Trip

Wonderful check in and communication between rental. Extremely well designed clean cabins. Parking was difficult with not being able to park a trailer. Couldn’t park at church and difficult with all gear and slope. Would stay here again in summer or fall. Loved the place besides parking issue! Thank you so much :)

I LOVE this property! Recently I had the pleasure of staying at the Explore property in Munising, Michigan, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the Upper Peninsula with easy access to the breathtaking Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The property itself is immaculately maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made our stay extra special, like the welcoming decor and the thoughtful provisions. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our room, where we could enjoy the natural beauty of the area right from our window. The property is also conveniently located near hiking trails, waterfalls, and other outdoor activities, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to provide recommendations and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly added to the overall experience. Really well thought out “tiny” house room but with an open, clean and well lit feel. Had all amenities we needed and more. Washer/dryer was very helpful. Fire pit, firewood, lighter and fluid and Adirondack chairs were great. Only way it could have been bettter would be to have it on the lake shore! Great place!

New, clean cabins! Great windows that were set in a way to provide privacy even through the cabins are close to each other. We had a plumbing issue but the management team was quick in responding to messages and addressing the problem. We loved having access to the trails, they were a little trickier than I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised. The parking seemed a little sketchy when we first arrived but after we got used to it, there was plenty of space. The Solo Stove was a really nice touch. I wish there had been a can opener in the room but the rest of the provided kitchen supplies were great. Oh, and there was AMAZING water pressure in the shower!
