「Due to a slight mixup with our booking we actually stayed in the Sailors Suite. The owner was very accomodating rearranging our booking. We had a wonderful stay in very unique accomodation. The facilities were exceptional and the cabin was well appointed and spotlessly clean.The area was well located for our needs. I highly recommend this property」

「This was an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. It was super fun to stay on a houseboat, and this is a particularly nice houseboat. It has an ideal location, right at the edge of the city center--easy walking to everything but on a nice, quiet canal surrounded by beautiful buildings that seemed apart from the intensity of the most tourists districts, even though they were just a few minutes walk away. "仕事で5泊利用しました。中央駅から隣にあるホテルのため、すぐに見つけることが出来ました。立地がいいので、どこに行くにも便利でした。駅が隣なので騒音を心配しましたが、窓が二重になっていたので列車の音はほとんど気になりませんでした。特に気に入ったのはバイキング形式の朝食です。クロワッサンは特においしく、毎日いただきました。また出張があれば利用したいと思います。"

"空港の到着ホール内(Arrival. Departure 3.4 側)に、CitizenMはこちらという案内板があります。いったん外に出ますが、屋根のある歩道を通って２−３分で行けました。夜、早朝でしたが、人や車は通っていて、危ない感じは無かったです。部屋の照明や温度は付属のiPadで制御します。私の部屋のは充電が切れていて作動しませんでした。スタッフに伝えると、すぐに交換してくれました。外の音はほとんど気にならないです。スタッフはどなたも感じ良かったです。部屋の写真からわかるように、トイレはガラスはありますが丸見えなので、1室2人での使用は、気にならない方同士ならば良いと思います。"

"周辺は住宅地の為、アムステルダムの華やかさをイメージしているとギャップがあります。周りには飲食店は全くなく、最寄りのトラムからホテル迄歩きましたがグーグルマップが間違っているのではと疑うほどで　本当にホテルがあるのか不安でした。ツアー客向け施設で　ベストウエスタンの名前はついていますが個人客が予約するにはお勧めしません。"

"アムステルダム市内なので、近代的な建物ではないけれど、スタッフの対応や部屋の清潔さはとても素晴らしく快適でした。近くに美術館やカフェ、レストランも多くここに５泊して、ハーグ、ユトレヒト、ザーゼンスカンスなど30分〜1時間で簡単に移動出来ました。とても満足な旅行でした。"
