「Excellent stay! Room was very comfortable and clean, great SPA facilities and a very good breakfast. We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. "The room I initially stayed for two nights was very cold due to air conditioner failure. It was indeed cold to stay a room with two dimensioned windows in Amsterdam in rhe mid winter. I successfully changed the room on the 3rd day after a lengthy discussion qirh the hotel staff, then found that it was so comfortable to stay at a room with a bathtub. It is located at a very convenient place that has a tram stop just in front."
