Lovely location less than 5-7 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes walk from bus station. When we stayed it had construction right across the street (which the hotel cannot change nor control). We did NOT stay in the Annex. This was only the original building. Very good breakfast , great location . Our party had 3 rooms . 2 were updated with hard surface flooring . Carpet in 3rd room was less desirable but not terrible.
