We will not go to hotel Monaco

We had a problem with our reservation and the customer service was terrible. They did nothing to try to help us, did not care, and basically said it was "too bad". We will not be re-booking this hotel again.

Gut, aber wärmer wäre noch besser.

Räumlich, rein und freundlich. Aber das Wärmeapparat funktionierte nicht optimal. Deshalb das Zimmer ein bisschen kalt.

My only word to them : Shower-Head and review plumbing. The shower was kinda weak. Also having to wait every time to get the door unlock (Nighttime I can deal with it, but broad daylight...) Otherwise, it was very nice. I would return there next year

OK for a place to sleep

A small, no frills hotel in a not so great neighborhood (3 "gentlemen's clubs" on the same block). Convenient walking distance to the train station and Oktoberfest grounds. Room was small, bathroom and shower barely large enough for one person.

La atención muy buena y el hotel incomodo para nosotros, camas en mal estado hay mucho ruido por la ubicación del hotel y no hay cortinas para la luz q entra por las ventanas, el desayuno como todos siempre lo mismo y de poca calidad.
