Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
BEWARE This place was NOTHING like what was advertised. URINE-stained pull-out bedding, SOILED mattresses, MOLD in the kitchen and bathroom, fruit flies, spiders, cobwebs, dirty dishes and floors, BROKEN bed and flooring, broken refrigerator, nonworking outlets and Wi-Fi, damaged lockbox, broken chair, and a bedroom door handle that literally fell off. The outdoor area was trashed. We actually left the property cleaner than we found it just to survive the one night we were stuck there! What is equally disturbing is how this was handled afterward. Our deposit/cleaning fee was not returned, and there was not even a sincere attempt to ask, “How can we make this right?” Instead, our concerns were denied despite photographic evidence. The listing did not accurately represent what we received. Had we seen the actual condition, we NEVER would have booked it. BEWARE dishonest listing. Our experience was not simply disappointing it left us feeling completely misled and taken advantage of.
