That part of the city is where I always stay when come to Munich. It is so convenient, close to everything, especially when you take tours around the city, or day trips, they are around that location.

The hotel was just what we needed. Clean and really nice staff. Comfortable temperature and comfy beds. We didn’t have hot water one night and you need to keep windows closed as it’s in a busy street near a hospital so the ambulance sound is regular. But it’s fairly quiet with the windows closed - easy to sleep

Great Place to Explore from

Great spot to both explore the city and attend the Wiesn. Very walkable and near the center train station and others. Receptionist staff were extremely friendly and happy to offer recommendations for the area.

Excellent

The room and facilities were excellent in a lovely hotel, can't fault the room whatsoever. The only slight negative was the breakfast was €19 and had very little choice and no hot food. Better off saving the €19 and going to one of the many local breakfast spots for something much better and probably also cheaper.

Hotel is in a great location just minutes from the heart of the city. The staff members were outstanding. However, beware of after-hours check in. They will email you a picture of a lockbox and a code, which is great - if you have wifi or cell service! Otherwise, you may have to find someplace with free wifi to be able to get your check in information. We were coming back to Munich and were on a bus with no wifi and I don't have cell service in Europe. Couldn't figure out what to do to check in (at 7 p.m.) - an off-duty employee just happened to walk by and helped us out, otherwise, we would probably be sleeping on the street. The rooms themselves are very nice, but you do hear the trams rolling by, so if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The staff was wonderful and helpful - I appreciated all the help and advice for touring the area they offered. It's also very close to the train station and in a safe area.

The hotel was well located. The staff's instructions for arrival were excellent. The hotel was clean and the fridge and coffee machine were a plus. The only minus was the street traffic noise at night.

Room was great. There is a little noise from the street and the neighbors, but nothing too crazy. Staff is very nice and with great customer service. Breakfast place was next door. The staff there is not as nice as the hotel staff. Close to the main train station.

This property was absolutely incredible, the concierge was so kind and very welcoming. I wish I had gotten his name, truly such a sweet person. I have found the hotel I will be staying in whenever I’m in Munich. The room was so modern, and extremely clean.

Fresh and friendly

A small hotel with suoer-friendly staff at reception. The room was fresh and new. Great location with three min walk to any public transport and shopping all around. Well functioning air-condition and comfy bed. Trams on the street outside did not disturb at all. I would book again when in Munich.

The size of the room was amazing and it was so close to everything. Although, our room was a little dirty. We found clumps of hair in towels and all over the bathroom. Other than that it was a great stay!

Both members of the staff (Arrival and Exit) were both amazing. The refrigerator was stocked with FREE stuff. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. Last but least, the automatic blinds were so good, it was 9:00 AM before we even realized it. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable quirky accommodation

It was close to the main station; we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner; the beds were very comfortable; there were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Only one of us was able to have a hot shower in the morning but we were advised subsequently that the issue with the hot water had been fixed - we were unable to test this as by then we had checked out, as we were only staying there for one night.

Great stay in Munich

Awesome boutique hotel in the heart of Munich. It was a very easy walk to trains and to explore the Old Town area. The hotel is very new and still in great condition, all the team members were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the windows were double/triple glazed and they had electric shutters you could put down for darkness and quietness. The room included a fridge (rare in Europe), air conditioning, heating, and the bathroom was a good size, new and with a heated towel rack. There’s also some cute surprises for you which I’ll allow you to discover if you stay there. I used the laundry mat a few doors down. It was expensive (with conversion) but very easy and quick. The lady there was super helpful too. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Munich

The location is absolutely stunning. 2 minutes to central train station, where you can find everything. 15 minutes walking to first Karlplatz and then Marienplatz, the most charming site in Munich. One stop by U4/U5 to Oktoberfest. The hotel is very safe and very clean. The staffs are very helpful. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel b/c train Station has more choices. Very pleasant to stay there. Strongly recommend.

This is a good hotel, and I would recommend it. The rooms are nice and it's in a good location just a block from the train station. The only drawback is that it's a small hotel which doesn't have food preparation facilities, so breakfast has to be at the cafe next door. The breakfast is OK, but not great. For example, the orange juice is served warm, not cold. I actually discussed it with the manager of the hotel. He was sympathetic, but said that there's not much they can do about it because they don't run the cafe. So I would recommend this hotel l, but if you're looking for an incredible breakfast you probably should go elsewhere.
