We’ve traveled to Munich twice and have stayed here. The location is unmatched. We literally walked everywhere! The only time we took a taxi was when we were on a time crunch. From food, to shopping, to sightseeing, I absolutely love tours location and it’s a quick, straight shot to Oktoberfest! The rooms were great ( one room was really noisy due to outside sounds but other then that no complaints. We didn’t buy the buffet but I wasn’t upset about that. Super cute atmosphere too. Will always stay here when we come back!

The location was great as we were in Munich for Oktoberfest and could walk to the grounds within 15 minutes. We also walked to Marianplatz within 12 minutes in the opposite direction. The room was clean though it had no refrigerator which would have been helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but there are a few nice pastry shops within a 5 minute walk. It was a good stay.

Great location. We had a unit that was supposed to sleep 4. The rooms were a good size but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable- especially the pull out which was in poor shape- one of the sides was torn open and had been pushed onto the wall so as not to notice. The app ‘glitched’ while we were there and had to get help to unlock doors and request cleaning.

Very good location. Walkable to Oktoberfest and Marienplatz. You must be saavy with your smart phone as you need it to unlock all doors and request anything from housekeeping. It can be a hassle at first, especially if you don't get the email telling you which building you're in and their map. Also in our building, the elevator did not stop on our floor but midway. Always had to do steps. Overall, lovely, modern hotel with awesome shower. Nice outdoor seating area in courtyard. Large room by European standards. Would recommend.

Excellent stay here in a family room situated at the back of the hotel in a small courtyard where you can sit out in the shade. Centrally located, only a few minutes walk from Marionplatz. Friendly staff. Only downside was the breakfast - it wasn’t worth 25 Euros - but plenty of other nice bakeries etc nearby. Recommend Botanista (ten min walk) for healthy breakfast to offset the yummy bratwursts!

The apartment was very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The lobby was comfortable and had a bar that made alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff was nothing but very kind and helpful. The location could be better but we were not walking around at night. However, it was only ~10 minutes from the train station and ~10 minutes from the city center.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a great size for 3 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is not an elaborate hotel but a very nice hotel worth everything you need.
