We had a great stay at this hotel. We are a family of 6 and our room was big enough for all of us and our bags. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Munich main train station and about 15 minutes walk to MarienPlatz. Lots of eating options around the hotel. I would stay there again!

2 police cars and an ambulance next door when we arrive. Lots of chanting about Syrian freedom with flags in the streets by the hotel. We did NOT feel safe in the area until we got closer to old town Munich.

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff and extra amenities like a heated towel bar- perfect for drying wet Oktoberfest clothing. Breakfast had a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, cold cuts and cheeses, cereal, delicious overnight oats. Would definitely stay at Hotel Brunnenhof on my next trip to Munich!

The photos of the room online do not look the same at the real rooms. The surrounding area feels unsafe and dirty. A 20 minute walk east and all the hotels and areas are clean, feel safe and close to the Christmas markets. Would not recommend to any of our friends.

Short sightseeing break

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, nice clean room and great to have a bed each for the child rather than having to share a small sofa bed like at other hotels that claim to accommodate families. Easy access via foot and tram to the old town and other key attractions. Maps provided by the hotel were also helpful.

This is an older hotel. Parking isn't great, lots of construction was going on in the neighborhood. The hotel was very quiet though. Breakfast was an additional expense of $14 which was worth it, a very nice buffet. We arrived later than expected but check-in was a breeze. The room was fair sized but bathroom was surprisingly large. Bonus: the hotel was within walking distance to central train station. Overall, a pleasant stay.
