Great staff, clean rooms. Location was a little sketchy at nighttime with strip clubs just a block away, with a lot of men standing around smoking and hanging out on the sidewalks and a few homeless sleeping ( welcome to big cities I guess). But truly had no issues with them, and during the day, it was quite pleasant. Was a quick five minute walk to the subway and trams that would get you wherever you needed in the city quickly.

Rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Reasonably close to the train station (10mins walking with luggage). Did not sign up for breakfast (€14) and was able to find cafes nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, roomy, comfortable, clean, and 5 minute walk from the Munich Hbf station. This hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and we didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked excellent. I would recommend and I would return!

I really enjoyed my stay at Brunnenhof City Center Hotel. It’s one of those places that just makes travel easier. The location is perfect — a quick walk to the Central Station and the Old Town — so getting around Munich was effortless. Room service was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which I appreciated the most. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the whole place just felt calm and well taken care of. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and exactly what you want before heading out for the day. Overall, Brunnenhof is reliable, comfortable, and in a great spot. I’d happily stay there again and definitely recommend it to others.

Add the breakfast to your room it is worth it. Plenty of seating for breakfast. The hotel very nice but the street it is on isn’t as nice. You are in walking distance of many good things to see. The staff is good and very accommodating.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean but the bathroom a bit bizarre with no separation for the shower so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet and then you have a wet floor the whole time. Location was good.

Location wasn't very good as the neighborhood was very busy and noisy. Check-in started only at 4, which seems pretty late. Staff was great. Rooms were pretty good. Amenities were well appreciated. Lobby had a water station to fill out bottles. The also stored our luggage while we toured the city. Good value for money
