The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was only €10 per person and they had free parking which is important in Germany. The hotel was located about 15 minutes from downtown Munich. It was a very good base for us with the activities that we had planned.
Nice quiet area, even during Oktoberfest! 15 min walk to S-bahn station. Clean and comfortable

Great hotel
I stayed here for the euros, the hotel was fine to walk to from the train station. The room was great and the staff excellent. They even let me check in early. I'd recommend getting the breakfast too, it was lovely each morning.
If you don't want to pay the "downtown" rates and don't mind a 15 minute walk from the S Bahn station, this was a very nice boutique hotel.
Clean, hot showers, very good breakfast. Unterhachen is a nice quiet residential area with a couple of good restaurants.
Fantastic welcoming by the manager. Very nice room with windows on the garden and street. We will come back to this hotel very soon. Well placed in the vicinity of biergarten, Catholic church and highway.
Great hotel that is just outside of Munich! The room I had was for single travellers - it was large in size with a wardrobe, desk, decent sized bed, a door that closed between the room and the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and warm. The bathroom had a hair dryer and enough towels but note that they only had hand soap and a single soap for shower. So if you wanted hand cream, conditioner, etc, you need to bring your own. This set up was fine for me as I had my own supplies. My rate didn't include a breakfast but there was an option to add it - it smelled lovely in the morning! The room was cleaned daily and the staff did an excellent job of fixing the bed and making sure things were tidy! The location of the hotel is around the corner from some restaurants and a bakery. It is also about a 10 min walk from the SB station which will take you into the old town in Munich (this is about a 15 min ride once you are on the train and a single day ticket was about €9 I believe - weekly passes were slightly cheaper for each day). The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the Munich area again.
Late arrival, lady at reception was still there and very friendly.
Rooms was good for one night, early in morning lot of noise from departing guests.
Breakfast is good and variety of products.
Will be place to go when on our way to Austria
location was good, few restaurants/ bars in walking distance, close to metro (about a 10-15 min walk). Bed wasn't too comfortable, slightly hard for our preference. Our room the bed was placed under the dormer so had to watch your head often. Breakfast was included in our reservation + was very good, hot + cold options. Spent 4 nights here to attend Oktoberfest , about a 20 min train ride( depending on time of day.
Overall, this is a good hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed was comfy, and the hotel was quiet. The building feels safe and secure, and the after hours check in system worked well. The hotel is good for a stay outside of Munich. It is an approximately 10-15 minute walk from a train station that can get you into Munich in about a half an hour. Overall, this place is a good value!
There are a few things that I would mention. There isn't a lot around the hotel in terms of restaurants, stores etc. and there isn't a fridge in the room though, so keep that in mind if you are hoping to bring food back. The housekeeping staff also seemingly refused to give me a second towel for the shower despite requesting one several days in a row. I even left a note in both German and English requesting this and was denied. I found that a bit odd. I'm not sure if it is part of their eco focus or what, but a guest should be allowed a second towel.
I spent only a night on transit.
It was only one night but I would say the experience was okay.
However , for a plus size person, the bathroom shower was too tight to get through. Was just a small cubicle.
The bedroom had no small fridge and so I couldn’t store items that needed to be chilled. There was no Kettle( though it’s not a standard, but I expected one)
I wasn’t in the hotel the whole time as I was out exploring the city.
However , staff was really kind and helpful at check in and another nice lady at check out. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but the aroma from the restaurant was quite inviting.
So looking forward to trying it next time.
It’s only 2 mins or 4 mins walk from the two busstops available and they get you to the town‘s station in about 6 minutes.
Night was short but quiet.
All in all, experience was Good
We had a good stay here. It’s a little outside of Munich, but it’s a quick drive to the city. There’s a parking garage, elevator, great service, and a delicious breakfast.

Very nice and quiet area. It’s far from the center of Munich, but very easy to get there with the train.
