  • Located in Grafing near Munich, this freshly renovated and bright 65 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests (including 1 infant) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features new furnishings, including a box spring bed. The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, bread slicer, ample dishes, and an induction stove. Wi-Fi is available to you. All rooms are heated, and you will also find a TV, CD/radio and DVD player, a baby cot, child’s toilet seat, and potty.



    Enjoy your private balcony or relax in the shared garden with seating area. A communal grill is available for cozy evenings.



    You have access to two shared parking spaces at the house, a bicycle room, as well as toys and books for children. Events are not permitted, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is permitted on the balcony. Public transport such as the S-Bahn can be reached in about 10 minutes.
