Beautiful place, the tree houses are amazing, very good food, the view from the pool is incredible. Plan warm clothes though, it’s up in the mountain and pretty cold!

Incredible stay, exceeded all expectations. The treehouse had a luxurious feel and every amenity you could need. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The facility is surrounded with lush forested mountains, a beautiful view to wake up to.

Tudo incrível. Local, projeto muito interessante com os chalés flutuando em meio a mata. Muito amplos e espaçoso. A decor do restaurante é do lobby é que achei um pouco cafona. Não sabem quando parar. Comida saborosa. Amenities ótimos.

We booked the forest view room but we were offered to upgrade to the Floating Villas for a discounted price. We accepted and very glad we did. The floating villas are very unique with a beautiful view. I would describe them as somewhat rustic due to the fact that there are small gaps in the floor where you can see light coming through. The floors squeak some as you walk around and the occasional ant can be found inside. That aside we really liked staying in one. The bar and restaurant area is great and the infinity pool overlooks the beautiful Mountain View with sunset views as well. That is a solid 5+. If I could give more than a 5 it would be for the staff. They are a small staff that work very hard, day and night to give the guests the best possible service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Vacker miljö med fantastisk utsikt över Bergen! Utmärkt personal som var trevlig, tillmötesgående och mycket hjälpsamma. Rummet var rent, det kändes lite fuktigt, men det var nog pga att vi var där under regnsäsongen. Efter en timme med AC kändes det inte så fuktigt längre!

We upgraded to the nicer room and would highly recommend anyone to do the same thing. The room was amazing with wonderful views. It rained before we showed up so the windows were a bit dirty but understand they can't clean them everyday. Staff was very helpful and the fresh squeezed juice (Strawberry) was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful especially as we had it delivered to our room. We did the hibachi dinner and the chef was amazing the food was wonderful. The infinity pool was a bit cold but understandable and the view there at sunset was amazing.

View view waa amazing. Breathtaking. Staff trauned very wellxl, excelet service from ground level staff. However, and whilst after i pushed it was fixed and i was offered a half hour massage which i aprwciate - almoat all bedding/pillowcases had either permenent stains or obvious holes! Like if it was just one i wpukd accept the massage and not mention it but also many just makes me think the owner doesnt care. I didnt even see that in budget hotels
