"Everything in this Hacienda was so amazing, of course when you are in so much nature you have to get used to bugs and everything nature brings you. Food was amazing!! Congrats to the chef! We ran into some issues of electricity in our cenote tour and they were not prepared for it; this is the only issue we ran into."

"I loved everything about this place! The staff is incredible - especially Javier and Flor. The electricity and WiFi went out due to the thunderstorms but they had a generator and I appreciated being disconnected tbh."

The room was spotless and had two beautiful comfortable robes and toiletries. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for a lovely hacienda experience. "
