"Good place"

"The staff was excellent and attended to all my requests (mosquito netting rail needed fixing). Room had many mosquitoes, no A/C or fan (which was provided upon request).The street the hotel is on is in terrible shape."

"At one point I became very sick and the staff checked on me every few hours until I felt better. This was above and beyond my scope of expectations. The only downside to our stay was lack of reliability with the Wi-Fi in our rooms. Otherwise, we had no complaints."

"We were in Kakamega for work and during the weekend we moved to Rondo. This is a lovely and peaceful place, with an enchanting park were it is possible to see monkeys and listen to the songs of a variety of birds. We appreciated a lot the meals (I've asked for vegetarian meals and they was excellent) and the tea with a delicious piece of cake in the afternoons, taken directly to our small but beautiful cottage, despite the rain."

Toilets that were dirty and did not flush, cold water showers, food (chicken)!that was undercooked, making a team member sick. I love the staff and am friends with them, but I cannot risk our health.
