Exceptional Services and Support
We stayed there for 6 nights,
Since we were travelling with patient to consult in TMC, We informed GM about the same.
Hotel was so supportive in terms of providing clean & hygienic room and fresh food as requested for the patient throughout the stay.
The restaurant team (Faizan and Suraj), Front office team (Jitesh and Zaid) and Housekeeping team has help in all possible way during our stay.
Thanks a lot GM Sir along with restaurant, front office and housekeeping team for providing all the support and much needed help.

This hotel is well located and the upgraded room I had was very comfortable, with an elegant Indian aesthetic. I would gave given a higher rating if there hadn't been a cigarette odor in my nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and was assured that the rooms around me were all non smoking so perhaps this is not enforced. The gym is ok but small and could be a bit better arranged. Breakfast was healthy and good

A great hotel, very good service, very nice food, found the bathroom a bit unclean but the room was very well maintained.

Not a great property & management is not customer friendly. They charged for all unused nights stating that my room is booked since day 1 and they have been charging me for that. So when I checked in, they have me waited for almost 1 hr to give me a room, saying that they need to prep the room. when I got the room, it was worst than 2-star hotel. literally worst (5-inch bedding), when I complained, the response was, this is the only room they have. and yet they kept charging for me all 3 unused nights. After escalations and complaints, they moved me to a different room. NEVER EVER AGAIN. false claim of 3-4 star property.

Bad hotel with equally bad service
The hotel does not even come close to the cleanliness and standards of other hotels in this star/price range.
Restaurent service was really disappointing and slow. Even basic drinks like tea takes roughly 1 hour to be served.
Rooms and toilets were not really clean. The provided towels had bad smell.
The pool area did not have any towels for use. Toilets next to the pool area were in really bad condition.
All in all, we had high hopes, but was hugely disappointed.

Not what we expected but doable.
This is a commuter hotel. From a foreign tourist perspective it did not meet our expectations or fulfilled its description online. Hot water is turned off during the day. Reception did not warn us and we had to ask twice to have it available for our stay (our wedding). Double occupancy rooms were not provided with enough towels or bedding due to instructions by management that only one commuter stays in a room. We had to ask 4 times before being given a second comforter for a two bed room. The only upside was the restaurant. The food and staff at the restaurant were extremely good and made us feel special. A nice change from the rest of the stay. The reception staff was polite but not sure what happened but we had to repeatedly ask for the same basic things ( enough towels, robes, blankets, hot water etc). The rooms were large but for a 5 year old hotel in desperate need of updating. Especially bathroom fixtures (like malfunctioning toilets and shower fixtures) and grimy light switches and loose outlets. The carpets in hallways need deep cleaning and a paint refresh would be best. I’d say this should be rated a local 3 star commuter hotel rather than 4 star international hotel. The location is good but not suitable for tourists walking at night to restaurants. It fulfilled our needs but wasn’t at all what we expected from the description online prior to booking.
