This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also.

It was a terrible experience . Expedia has taken money
from me in UK , Hotel refused to accept this as they said
they were not dealing with Expedia for a while .
Manager Ahmed at the hotel refused to accept my proof of payment.. ended up with I hr argument and me having to pay again for the hotel stay at 5.00am in the morning.

Don't stay at this hotel! When we arrived, they told us they hadn't received payment from Expedia and asked us to pay again for the three days. Since it was late and we couldn't find another place to stay, we paid for one night and then left. The room was rather shabby, and you could hear the trains all night. The bathroom had the usual shower over the sink. The breakfast was meager, and the kitchen looked very dirty. I asked for an apple, which was kept in a locked fridge, but they wouldn't give it to me. I wonder how they have some positive reviews on some well-known platforms.
