The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. We ate at an excellent Indian restaurant within a mile, and we cooked some in the apartment also. ...

A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day.
