"Family of 5 with young kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a Mount Beauty location, which is also a short drive to Bright. The mountain views are 10/10!The house is spacious, very well designed and appropriately stocked. The two living areas kept the kids happy and the pictures are a good representation of what you book. The communication with the manager was excellent and very responsive. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately for us the pool cleaner wasn’t working so towards the end it did get a bit dirty but the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to remedy the situation. These things can happen but for potential guests I’d say the pool is 5/5. The pool also comes with amazing lounge chairs and a large shade umbrella that can move to provide much needed shade during hot days. It’s easy to spend a whole day by the pool!While we did bring our own basketball, the residence would be enhanced if they had a few balls and some pool noodles/toys/floaties. Overall, it’s an excellent property that we’d highly recommend for other guests. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. "
