「This unit is a daylight basement conversion still in progress with some wires and ducting exposed. There is a full sized fridge with nice sized freezer. But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. There is no patio furniture provided for enjoying the view. The grill was dilapidated and the table it sits on was disgustingly greasy. The unit was ice cold and it took some time to warm...

「Place fairly clean and looks as advertised. Reasonably priced. Key items missing: beeping C02 detector, had problems getting hold of owner. Bought my own batteries for it, also missing paper towels, bought my own too. Things we don't think about much but are important Some light switches not working but lamps provide enough light.」

「Very nice place, easy walk to green lake and link station. Host super nice and responsive. Easy parking and quiet street. The bed was very wobbly and made a lot of noise, I believe it could be foxy by tightening the screws. The bathroom rug should be washed or replaced. I would recommend staying there.」
