「The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

「Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. 」

「This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a walking trail. The indoor area is small but lovely and decorated with charm. 「Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. 」
