「Bathroom was not cleaned properly, the air con pretty much did not work. in 40 degree heat you expect to have a working aircon at a motel especially when there are no fans. only slept for 2 hours and had to pretty much leave the motel room since it was 30+ degrees in there. worst experience, will not ever book a room there or through this website again. you guys are pathetic to offer this service 」

「Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room.」
