The decor is 1950s. Very well done. Lift stopped working but was fixed quickly. Room size great. Almost size of two. Two TV sets, one in each room. Street noise non existent with windows closed. Was a great restaurant a minute’s walk. Moi Moi. Can walk to main train station.

Mitten in der Innenstadt, kurze Wege zu Restaurants und in der Nähe zur Ruhr. Parkmöglichkeiten nur über eine Tiefgarage, die allerdings nicht über die Hoteladresse zu erreichen ist, Adresse Victoriastr. 28, Kostenpunkt 10 € p/Tag Die Einrichtung ist sehr romantisch für Personen die Nostalgie mögen, uns hat es gefallen

Auch wenn es bei der mageren Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers etwas zu kritisieren gibt (nur 1 Wandhaken, keine besondere Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche, man muss sozusagen aus dem Koffer leben), doch es bleibt angesichts der nachhaltigen nostalgischen Ausstattung des Hotels ein positiver Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstück hätte mehr bieten können. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss das Parkhaus Tiefgarage Schloßstraße, Einfahrt Synagogenplatz, Viktoriastraße 28 anfahren und bei der Einfahrt die linke Fahrspur nutzen und dann den Schildern "Alma's Hotel" folgen.

Gelungene Abwechslung zu der Standard-Einrichtung der anderen Hotelketten! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Zudem wird sich um die Hotelgäste sehr freundlich gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und beinhalten alles was man braucht. Das Hotel ist zentral in der Innenstadt, deshalb sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der ÖPNV ist sehr gut erreichbar.

Zimmer war gut, meinem Wunsch möglichst weit vom Aufzug ein Zimmer zu bekommen wurde, ohne das ich es nochmal ansprechen musste, entsprechen (super). Einzig der defekte Duschkopf und die Meute vor dem Hotel (wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann!) störten das Bild etwas.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ohne lange Fußwege gut zu erreichen und einfach zu finden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in lief unkompliziert und das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig und angenehm kühl trotz hoher Außentemperatur. Ich war mit allem zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll und originell eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Es lässt sich viel entdecken und man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, nur könnte es eine bessere Auswahl für vegan lebende Menschen geben (die Aufstriche sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - da gibt es bessere).
