「As a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. It’s very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! Definitely check this place out! 」

The front desk staff did not even smile at Asians.This is in sharp contrast to the staff at the breakfast room who were very responsive and nice."
