Mt. Utsubuki

Located very close to the station, making this a convenient stop for travelers moving via train. Hotel is advertised as free on-site parking (which is why I chose it), but the parking area is EXTREMELY limited. I arrived to find it full so had to pay for off-site parking, though there are plenty of options nearby. Front desk hours are also limited, so you do want to make sure you are not arriving too late. Otherwise, very comparable to other business hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Staff was friendly and the room was actually a little larger than average.

English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay. One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location.

We stayed here for 2 nights, quite disappointed there is no crab on the first day breakfast..but luckily we had crab on the last day breakfast, yeah! our room has oceanview and we really enjoy the view; hotel has supplied kimono and we really love it, the bed is so comfy and room is big and clean; staffs are nice and explained all the amenities to us; they have water supply at each floor and free parking in the front
